Floyd Mayweather Jr., former champion in five divisions and a former pound-for-pound stars of the era, finally end his long vacation and wants to get back on the ring but he is not challenging pacquiao this time he challenges the new welterweight titlist Victor Ortiz on September 17, 2011.

Floyd tweeted "My fans have been waiting long enough. Floyd Mayweather vs. Victor Ortiz. Sept 17, 2011 for the WBC world championship," and confirm that he will fight Victor Ortiz for another tune up fight.

Ortiz (29-2-2, 22 KOs), one of the rising stars in boxing, the southpaw from Garden City but now based in Oxnard, California. He moved up from Jr welterweight and outpointed Berto to win a welterweight title on April 16. I hope Mayweather fight pacquiao as his next opponent since he chooses a good tune up fight which is also a southpaw and an aggressive fighter.

The eight weight division World Champion and the best pound for pound king Manny Pacquiao will settle his trilogy fight against Juan Manuel Marquez once and for all. After all of these fights, most fight fans are still hoping that they will still see the most awaited fight and a fight of a Century Pacquiao vs Mayweather.

Chili soya chicken

Two years ago I planned on enrolling a cooking class coz’ honestly, I really don’t have such good skill when it comes to cooking. I was thinking that instead of enrolling into a cooking class maybe it’s better to look for recipes on the internet then just try and see if the food that I will cook will taste great. So I did try this Chili soya chicken which I found on this website Home Cooking Rocks.

So here are the ingredients:

1 whole chicken, about 1.2 kg., chopped into serving size pieces

2 Thai chili, sliced vertically

4 cloves of garlic, crushed

1/4 c. of dark soy sauce

1/8 c. of kalamansi (lemon or lime) juice

1/4 c. of honey

3/4 c. of water

Instructions:

Heat a non-stick frying pan. Put the chicken in a single layer and cook until the skins are lightly browned. Flip over and cook the other side for a couple of minutes (until the meat is no longer pink). Put on rest of the ingredients. Pour in about 3/4 c. of water. Bring to boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken pieces over and simmer for another 10 minutes. Take off the cover, turn up the heat and boil the chicken until the sauce is thick.

So, below is a photograph I took after I cooked this chili soya chicken and I have this feeling that I’ll do great in my kitchen :)

Trip To Danao Adventure Park Bohol Philippines

If you are planning to make a trip with your friends or Family in Bohol Philippines, There’s one place that you should have not miss it on your itinerary list. This adventure park is one of the reasons why I love to go to Bohol, because before we decided to travel to Bohol we are choosing if we will go to Camiguin Island or Bohol, But after I searched it on google on which will be the nice place to make our trip memorable, I found an add on the Internet with the packages on the nice places to go on Bohol and Camiguin Island, there I found the Danao adventure park and what’s get me interested is their extreme ride called “The Plunge” and when I watched it on youtube it made me more excited to go to Bohol.

When I, my wife and her friends decided that we will go to Bohol for at-least 3 days to see their good country side trips and Panglao Island white beaches. What excites us the most is to go and try their very extreme swing and it also looks like a bungee jumping too. Because of our excitement to try the extreme rides “The Plunge” this is the 1^st trip we decided to do when we get there. We arrived at Bohol at 6:00 am and we stayed on the sea port for awhile because there are many guys offering us their service and packages and you can choose a lot if you are not very familiar with the place. They have a lots of package depending on the # of the travelers but the more of you come to Bohol is the better because you can save a lot of money on the packages.

We just choose the package for the country side tour and Panglao Island trip just for 1 day with a fair price for the driver and we told the driver that we will get his package on our 2^nd day trip, because we are traveling on our own going to Danao for our 1^st day trip, because I already read some articles on where to get There. So we already made our reservations at our hotel in Tagbilaran and after we choose the packages that we like and feel that it’s a fair price for us 4 persons. We travelled 3 hours from Tagbilaran to Danao and It’s kinda boring getting there but once you arrived, it’s worth it.

We tried most of their wild rides “The Plunge” for 700php/head and it was amazing and after you are done with the jump you will be receiving a certificate. Sky ride or cable car for 250php/head, you can see a very good over view, this is a good way to ride with your friends and family. Suislide or a zipline for 350php/head which is also cool and the last ride we do is the River kayaking for 200php/head which is fun but it’s pretty tiring. I didn’t tried other rides because I already tried some of the rides on some other place, they have a good place there for your friends to stay and relax for awhile.

Eithan's 1st Birthday

It's been a month that I have not updated this blog. Honestly, I am so busy these days. Work in the office, transferring things to our new house and especially preparing for a very special occasion. By the way, Just want to share with you guys that last Sunday, September 27 was the first birthday of our son. We really prepared for that big bash. It's just that, Honey and I are so excited to celebrate the first birthday of our first baby. Thank God, the celebration was successful and thank you to our friends and relatives who joined the party. Anyway, I'll post the pictures soon. Just checked it out guys!

My mom has thought me to do well at work. Last April 2007, I started working while I am still in college. I grabbed the offer from a friend that the company where he is working in, is in need of a link builder and I was blessed then because I was hired.

Well, for me, I am so thankful for having a great work like I have right now. I’d able to buy the things that I wanted. I’d able to give something for my mom and dad and most especially I’d able to buy the needs of my son. Actually, I am not the only one who is working. My partner and I are working so hard for our family. Anyway, who will benefit this? It is still us…

I thanked God for the blessings He gave to me, one is my job and this one really means a lot to me.

Sinulog Festival

The word Sinulog was attained from the Cebuano adverb sulog, means “like water current movement” which epitomized the forward-backward movement of there Sinulog dance. Sinulog Festival is an annual celebration held every on the third Sunday of January in Cebu City here in the Philippines and lasts for nine days. The celebration accounts the child Jesus, avowed as the Santo Niño (Holy Child), the patron of Cebu.

The festival has a street parade with participants wearing bright-colored costumes which dance to the rhythm of some musical instruments. The celebration brings about two major activities: the religious procession on a Saturday and the grand street parade the following day. Sinulog was one of the country’s biggest, grandest and most foreseen celebrations.

I guess everyone who blogs has goals to achieve at the end of the year and I am doing this one, listing my goals so that at the end of this year I may able to see if I have done something for my blog...

PR2 or more for this blog... before, this blog is PR1... this blog increase its page rank within a month (we optimized it actually using only I guess directory submission, search engine submission and and RSS feeds) but sad to say page rank goes down. Owning a website and having a high page rank is so cool...

Will post up to 80 or more articles... (guess so!) I am a busy mom... I have work and love to be with my baby when I am at home. Hope I can make and post lots of articles then.

And lastly, Increase daily blog traffic and have unique visitors.

I guess this will be my main goals for my blog... Enjoy blogging everyone!

I will start in January 1 this year; Charlie invited me to join their New Years party. I was able to met Charlie’s family, relatives and friends…

At the end of the month we had our educational trip to Cebu… yahoo... We all had fun and enjoy the trip. See the picture below...

At the month of February (I forgot the exact date!) we found out that I am pregnant (unexpected but very happy about it, NO regrets!)

March 28, happy day it was… I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology major in Computer System and Networking. Below is a picture with my mom and Charlie

Alright, my graduation is over so at the month April we celebrated the birthday of Charlie and then on the month of May, Charlie and I started to work online!

May 20, we visited the doctor to have an ultrasound with my baby and we found out that I am going to have a baby boy soon… big smile over Charlie’s face…. ^_^

Then right after to that we went to Gingoog City with my family and there Charlie was able to meet my relatives for the first time. Since it's fiesta time we went to the plaza and had a picture with their largest fruit ever...

From June to September, Charlie and I are busy with our freelance job… we had 3 clients then, all the way from Spain, India and Chicago. Thank you for the dollars $$$... hahhahha

At the month of September to be exact last September 15, Charlie was hired back to the company where we had worked before.

September 27, at exactly 6:40 in the morning at Cagayan de Oro Medical Hospital a new baby boy was born... Eithan Rein Oblig Tablada was his name. A cute and healthy baby boy that weighs 6 lbs and 5 oz. I am proud to be a mom to such a cute little boy... I cannot imagine that I am already holding him... huhuhu... tears falls into my eyes... tears of joy it was!

After one month I worked back to our previous company. I am feeling fine so I decided to get back to work...

October 30, we had our Halloween Party at Fu Bar… I am a fairy princess then who grants wishes just for my honey... hahahaha... see the picture below

Alright, here comes November and it is my birthday and turning 21 this year... I celebrated my birthday with my family in Lapasan, together with my baby Eithan and Charlie.

November 30, is the Christening of our baby... he is now a Christian!

December 12, had our Christmas party at Country Village Hotel with our formal attire. Right after the party we continued our party at the Piano Bar… Well I sang “Baby I Love Your Way” (our theme song!)… actually I dedicated that song to my one and only honey… so sweet he said ^_^

December 22, we receive our 13^th month salary... Time to buy gifts for our loved ones…

December 24, had our Christmas party in Bugo, there, I was able to met Charlie’s cousins and my nephews and niece.

Yesterday was the last Sunday of the year... Charlie and I gave thanks for all the blessings we received and for the greatest gift ever he gave us.. our baby Eithan.

Thank you Lord for this year full of happiness... thank you for all the blessings...

I read an article an hour ago about how two people really broke up… as I was reading it many things came into my mind…

When a relationship ends and comes a new one you would not want to experience the same mistake you have had before. Reasons why you broke up because you two are not meant for each other. Then if that is the case you have to let them go and let them be happy to those people who they wanted to be with. Don’t do such foolish things like acting so stupid and doing bad things to others. One of the reasons why your partner left you because of the “attitude”… so better watch for it. ATTITUDE matters!

When a relationship ends, have a time for yourself but do not forget to open it for others. Every relationship we have is a gift so be grateful because another one is soon to arrive :)

Movie Date

For a long time my honey and I was not able to watch a movie to a movie house, it is because of the busy schedule we had at work, and to our new baby. In times like this we really helped each other :)

Anyway, last Thursday, December 11, we went to the mall, buy gift for my Manito for our Christmas party and then decided to go home because it's already 8 pm and Eithan is waiting for us but too bad because it was raining hard outside so then we decided to watch "The day the earth stood still" while waiting for the rain to stop..... hmmnnn... the movie was great and we enjoyed it.

We are both happy because for a long time we're able to watched a movie again... take note, in a movie house. ;)

Back in Here

Welcome to the Christian world

Baptism has been part of Christianity from the start.

Last Sunday, November 30 was one of the special day for us because Eithan Rein Oblig Tablada, our baby is now a full member of Christian Church. He was baptized by Father Pangkrats. During the whole ceremony Eithan just slept. It was just a short ceremony but very meaningful to us because he is now a Christian. Eithan is such a blessing to us. We thanked God for giving him to us. Eithan, welcome to the Christian world.

Baby is Sick :(

Alright, we went to the pedia today because it's Eithan's well baby check up ... our baby has cough just started yesterday :( Actually, one of our reason of going to the pedia is for Eithan's immunization but the doctor adviced us not to schedule his immunization today because he is sick... we will be back to the doctor this coming saturday.. how I wish I'm the one who is sick and not my son.

Get well soon baby.. don't worry mommy and daddy will always be here for you. I love you son.

It's such a wonderful feeling having a baby of your own. When my baby comes out? I really can't imagine that I'm already holding him. I can't explain how it feels to have him in my arms. Tears fall in my eyes (it's a tears of joy actually ^_^...)

Probably the most famous attraction in Bohol is the Chocolate Hills. It is composed of a cone-shape hills of around 1,268 and of about the same size. I cant help but to feel and cherish the ravishing Chocolate Hills. I really enjoyed this trip. This is one of my enduring experience. Chocolate Hills is a must see attraction here in the Philippines.

On May 22, 2008 I travel to Gingoog City to join the City fiesta of my wife’s father side family. Every year the family will be celebrating a fiesta and at the same time they will be having a family reunion, the purpose of my wife’s Grand Parents is to gather their sons and daughters atleast once a year as their siblings are residing from different places.

Gingoog City have a lots of nature places for a nice trips, you can go nature tripping like beaches and springs they also have a Giant fruits on their plaza. These fruits are huge you can’t even hug this fruits by yourself the Pineapple needs 2 person to hug this huge fruit. The giant fruits of Gingoog city that are displayed in their plaza are Giant Banana, Giant Pineapple, Giant Lanzones, Giant Coconut, Giant Mango and Giant Breadfruit mostly known in the Philippines as Marang.

The fruits that you see on the Pictures are not really a real fruits. It’s just made of concrete pavement art of talented Mason and a skilled painter that makes the 6 giant fruits brings to life at the City of Gingoog. These 6 fruits look real if you visit their plaza when the nights strike the day, the lights also help these fruits looks real and fresh when you look at far than a closer look.

Surigao: Lake Mainit

I bought a scooter and my friend’s advice me to break my scooter in. They told me that it is very advisable that I’ll break-in my new scooter at least 500 miles. So I set a date and plan a long distance travel with my friends to Surigao because 5 of my friends also have their scooters.

As we go along with our travel me and my friends stop and take a rest at the lake mainit this lake is the fourth largest lake in the Philippines, this measures 150 km², this lake is very large I almost thought it was an ocean as it was shared between the provinces of Surigao del Norte and Agusan del Norte this lake is cool I really enjoy my travel.

Gingoog is a 1st class city in the province of Misamis Oriental, Philippines. Gingoog is a Manobo word for "good luck". The word indicates good fortune. Gingoog is known as the city of "Waterfalls". The city has natural panoramic views which will lead you to visit again the place. Some of its spectacular attractions are the Tiklas falls, Kilubag, and Bangbang falls.

Its available beaches are Badiangon Beach and Cold Spring, Mawa Beach, La Vista Mar, Alte Beach, and Punong White Beach. All of this are attainable by motorcycles and vehicles. The city also is endowed with mountains namely Mt. Lunot and Balatukan. Both mountains are rich with natural resources.

Divine Mercy of El Salvador City

El Salvador City is located in the province of Misamis Oriental, Northern Mindanao. It became City last year of 2007. Nice place to visit since it has several plants and factories like Asia Brewery, Aoso, Tanduay Rhum, WL Foods Corporation, Zest-O Corporation, Universal Robina Corporation, Virgin Cola Bottling Plant which the Visayas and Mindanao are the region distributor. One of its highlight view is the ongoing construction of the Divine Mercy Shrine located in the Divine Mercy Hills, has a 50 foot statue and meditation chapel of the Image of Divine Mercy. It shall serve as a pilgrimage site for the Divine Mercy devotees. Here's a picture of the ongoing construction of the Divine Mercy. If you've never been there then right now is the time to plan when you're coming to the beautiful Divine Mercy.

White Island

I am going to Cebu, Philippines for a new job assigned to Cebu. From Cagayan de Oro City I choose to ride a ship for me to see the beauty of the sea. The departure of the ship is 8am and Arrive to Metro Cebu at exactly 6pm.When I was on the ship I’ve seen many Islands that has a really nice view, Thank God I brought my cellular phone with a built in camera and take a shot on some nice place that catches my eyes.

At 1pm I feel asleep and take a rest for awhile and At 3pm I wake-up and watch a local channel on TV of the ship. In a few minutes I leave the things with my wife and I roam around the ship and watch again the beautiful spots of the Philippines Sea’s. I saw this island that really has a great sands and it is white. The Island has a lots of coconut trees and the white sands are really cool.

Lets face it There'll always be a people who will hate you. as I notice for every person who supports a political leader. there'll always someone who opposes him. This is what the real world is, same thing applies to us not every people like us of being who we are. Well thats part of our life.

Live with it!

Be nice and treat everybody with equal respect. But if someone still disrespect you, then it just show that the person is not worth your time. cut the cord and leave the sucker out of your life. and always put this in mind. I am strong and I understand that not everyone will agree with my beliefs or like me because of who I am.
