Ultrawinds Resort Perfect Summer Weekend Getaway
Summer break in the Philippines is not complete without going to the beach resort. There are plenty of beautiful beaches in the country especially here in Cagayan de Oro but if you opt to unwind and enjoy your summer vacation away from the city with great view, Ultrawinds Resort is one of the best places to visit.
Few weeks ago, we visited the place and it’s really astonishing, fresh air and great view is just perfect. My family did enjoy the short stay especially our kids who really love swimming on their infinity pool.
Ultrawinds resort is not difficult to find and it is only 20 minutes away from downtown of Cagayan de Oro. How to get there? It’s easy! You can either use your private vehicle, or book ahead on their shuttle, bus, or their Grandia Van. They also have an affiliated taxi that can take you and pick you up from their resort (for the cab expense, contact Jade at 0936-3027610). If you prefer to spend less you may take a jeepney going to the resort, the terminal for the jeepney is by Rhapsody Suites in Cogon Market. Just keep in mind to get off at the crossing of Taguanao highway and the Convention Center access road then a shuttle can pick you up for 200 per round trip (rate is not per person). Some of their fun services include zipline, horseback riding, golf driving range and many more.
